kori\u0161tenja<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2391\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2391\"><p>Ovi uvjeti definiraju postupak naru\u010divanja, pla\u0107anja, isporuke i povrata usluge ponu\u0111ene na internetskoj stranici www.adriatic-cloud.hr. Prodavatelj usluge ponu\u0111ene na ovoj stranici je Filip informatika d.o.o. (u daljnjem tekstu: Adriatic Cloud), F. Tu\u0111mana 7a, 21212 Ka\u0161tel Su\u0107urac, a Kupac usluge je posjetitelj internetske trgovine koji odabere minimalno jednu uslugu, ispuni elektronski obrazac za narud\u017ebu te ga po\u0161alje Prodavatelju. Sve navedene cijene su maloprodajne i u sebi nemaju ura\u010dunat PDV.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2392\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2392\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Registracija<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2392\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2392\"><p>Kupac se mo\u017ee registrirati na stranicu www.adriatic-cloud.hr. Prilikom registracije od kupca se tra\u017ei da unese vlastitu e-mail adresu i lozinku. Kupac mora biti registriran kako bi kupovao usluge preko internetske trgovine<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2393\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2393\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Naru\u010divanje usluge<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2393\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2393\"><p>Usluga se naru\u010duje isklju\u010divo elektroni\u010dkim obrascem za narud\u017ebu; ko\u0161arica. Ukoliko Prodavatelj nije u mogu\u0107nosti isporu\u010diti odre\u0111ene usluge, elektroni\u010dkom po\u0161tom \u0107e obavijestiti kupca o istome u roku od najvi\u0161e 3 radna dana. Naru\u010divanje usluge mogu\u0107e je 24 sata dnevno, 7 dana u tjednu, osim u situacijama kada je suprotno istaknuto na stranici.<\/p><p>Po izvr\u0161enju narud\u017ebe, Kupac \u0107e putem elektroni\u010dke po\u0161te biti obavije\u0161ten o primitku narud\u017ebe. Ukoliko je odabrano pla\u0107anje virmanom, kupac prema uplatnim podacima navedenim u potvrdnom mail-u treba izvr\u0161iti uplatu u roku od najkasnije 3 radna dana na ra\u010dun Prodavatelja. Ukoliko je odabrano pla\u0107anje kreditnom karticom, kup\u010devu kreditnu karticu se tereti za ukupan iznos narud\u017ebe po aktivaciji usluge.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2394\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2394\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Registracija domena<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2394\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2394\">Prihva\u0107anjem ovih uvjeta, Korisnik potvr\u0111uje da je upoznat i prihva\u0107a pravila registra za odre\u0111enu vr\u0161nu domenu te se obvezuje biti u potpunosti u skladu s njima.\n<br><br>\nKorisnik razumije da davanje naloga za registraciju domene, obnovu ili prijenos domene ne jam\u010di da \u0107e Adriatic Cloud biti u mogu\u0107nosti izvr\u0161iti postupak. Korisnik je suglasan da kada narud\u017eba mo\u017ee biti samo djelomi\u010dno ispunjena, sporazum je sklopljen samo za uspje\u0161no izvr\u0161ene usluge. Ukoliko su naru\u010dene domene koje je Korisnik naru\u010dio i uplatio u me\u0111uvremenu zauzete od tre\u0107e strane, Adriatic Cloud \u0107e o tome Korisnika obavijestiti i ponuditi mu registraciju druge slobodne domene ili uplatitelju vratiti upla\u0107eni iznos. Adriatic Cloud ne snosi nikakvu odgovornost ukoliko je upla\u0107ena domena u me\u0111uvremenu zauzeta od tre\u0107e strane u periodu izme\u0111u narud\u017ebe i uplate, te u slu\u010daju gre\u0161aka sa API konekcijom na registre domena koji provjeravaju da li je naru\u010dena domena slobodna.\n<br><br>\n\"Premium\" domene su domene koje registar domena rezervira unaprijed kao domene ve\u0107e (nabavne) vrijednosti. Te se domene pojavljuju kao slobodne domene ali njihovu to\u010dnu godi\u0161nju naknadu nije mogu\u0107e znati unaprijed prilikom provjere u procesu narud\u017ebe. Ukoliko Korisnik naru\u010di i uplati Adriatic Cloudu \"premium\" domenu koja je slobodna u registru, ali nema standardnu dobavnu cijenu kao ostale domene u tom TLD-u, nego se radi o domeni ve\u0107e nabavne vrijednosti od standardne cijene (tzv. \"premium\" cijena), Adriatic Cloud \u0107e obavijestiti Korisnika o tome, te mu ponuditi registraciju druge domene standardne cijene umjesto premium domene, ili mu vratiti upla\u0107eni iznos. Adriatic Cloud ne snosi nikakvu odgovornost za situaciju u kojoj se prilikom registracije domene ispostavi da je upla\u0107ena domena zapravo \"premium\" domena.\n<br><br>\nUkoliko naru\u010dena domena sadr\u017ei \u017eig na koju tre\u0107a osoba pola\u017ee pravo, Adriatic Cloud zadr\u017eava pravo da od naru\u010ditelja domene tra\u017ei potvrdu da ima pravo kori\u0161tenja \u017eiga prije registracije upla\u0107ene domene. Ukoliko Korisnik tj. uplatitelj nema pravo kori\u0161tenja \u017eiga odnosno ako navedeno pravo ne mo\u017ee dokazati, Adriatic Cloud \u0107e odbiti registraciju domene i uplatitelju vratiti upla\u0107eni iznos ili ponuditi registraciju druge domene bez sadr\u017eanog \u017eiga. Ako Adriatic Cloud registrira u ime i za ra\u010dun Korisnika domenu koja sadr\u017ei \u017eig tre\u0107e osobe na koji Korisnik nema pravo kori\u0161tenja, Korisnik sam snosi odgovornost za \u0161tetu prema tre\u0107oj strani, a Adriatic Cloud zadr\u017eava pravo potra\u017eivanja naknade od Korisnika u slu\u010daju suodgovornosti.\n<br><br>\nPrihva\u0107anjem ovih uvjeta, Korisnik tako\u0111er prihva\u0107a prava i obveze koje propisuje ICANN. ICANN propisuje da je Korisnik du\u017ean dostaviti stvarne i provjerljive kontakt informacije za registrirane domene. Prilikom registracije ili prijenosa domene, registrar (ili provider registrara) \u0107e zahtijevati od Korisnika da potvrdi svoje kontakt informacije. Proces \u0107e zahtijevati od Korisnika da ima valjanu e-mail adresu na koju \u0107e biti poslan zahtjev za verifikaciju kontakt informacija. Korisnik je du\u017ean svoj identitet potvrditi poduzimanjem odgovaraju\u0107e radnje detaljno opisane u e-mail poruci poslanoj na njegovu nazna\u010denu e-mail adresu prilikom narud\u017ebe usluga. Ukoliko Korisnik ne poduzme odgovaraju\u0107e radnje, registrar je du\u017ean suspendirati domenu unutar 15 dana. Adriatic Cloud nije odgovoran za bilo kakvu \u0161tetu nastalu zbog suspenzije domene uslijed nepotvr\u0111ivanja kontakt informacija od strane Korisnika. Adriatic Cloud tako\u0111er nije odgovoran za isporuke poruka e-po\u0161te Korisniku.\n<br><br>\nKorisnik je suglasan i pristaje na (kada je to izri\u010dito potrebno da ispuni zahtjeve Korisnika) modifikaciju kontakt informacija Korisnika koje se upisuju u registar odre\u0111enih TLD (top level domena). To uklju\u010duje (ali nije ograni\u010deno na) TLD koje zahtijevaju da Korisnik bude lokalno prisutan u zemlji TLD registra. Adriatic Cloud zadr\u017eava pravo da privremeno (i to samo za vrijeme trajanja procesa prijenosa domene) izmjeni kontakt informacije za domene radi prijenosa domene izme\u0111u registrara. Adriatic Cloud je du\u017ean vratiti kontakt podatke odmah nakon \u0161to se proces prijenosa domene zavr\u0161i. Ukoliko Adriatic Cloud propusti pravodobno a\u017eurirati kontakt informacije, Korisnik je du\u017ean o tome obavijestiti Adriatic Clouda te mu omogu\u0107iti odre\u0111eni period za a\u017euriranje kontakt informacija Korisnika.\n<br><br>\nU periodu izme\u0111u registracije domene i objavljivanja sadr\u017eaja na domeni, Adriatic Cloud usluga mo\u017ee na domeni objaviti bilo kakve informacije i sadr\u017eaje, bilo svoje ili od tre\u0107ih strana, osobito o svojoj ponudi i uslugama. Sadr\u017eaj objavljen od strane Adriatic Clouda usluga ne smije biti na \u0161tetu interesa Korisnika. Adriatic Cloud usluga mora ukloniti objavljeni sadr\u017eaj na domeni odmah nakon \u0161to Korisnik u\u010dini svoj vlastiti sadr\u017eaj dostupnim za objavljivanje. Adriatic Cloud usluga ima tako\u0111er pravo objaviti svoje sadr\u017eaje za domene ili hosting za koje Korisnik nije platio ra\u010dun ili nije dobio novu ponudu od Adriatic Clouda usluga.\n<br><br>\nDomene se registriraju na odre\u0111eni period zakupa koji je u pravilu godina dana ili vi\u0161e godina, i imaju nazna\u010den datum isteka u registru domena nakon kojeg domena mo\u017ee biti deaktivirana i\/ili brisana u svakom trenutku ovisno o proceduri koju pojedini registar vr\u0161ne domene propisuje. Korisnik je du\u017ean uplatiti Adriatic Cloudevu ponudu za produ\u017eenje domene do datuma isteka domene. Ukoliko Korisnik propusti uplatiti produ\u017eenje domene do datuma isteka domene, Adriatic Cloud nije du\u017ean pru\u017eiti uslugu po istoj navedenoj cijeni u ponudi te mo\u017ee odbiti produ\u017eenje domene i\/ili tra\u017eiti doplatu zbog vi\u0161ih tro\u0161kova produ\u017eenja domene koja je istekla, o \u010demu \u0107e pravodobno obavijestiti Korisnika. Adriatic Cloud ne snosi nikakvu odgovornost za \u0161tetu uzrokovanu Korisniku zbog Korisnikove uplate usluge nakon datuma isteka domene, \u0161to uklju\u010duje (ali nije ograni\u010deno na) \u0161tete zbog neaktivnosti, suspenzije ili brisanja domene.\n<br>Naziv domene ne mo\u017ee se zamijeniti nakon pla\u0107anja i registracije.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2395\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2395\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Pla\u0107anje usluge<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2395\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2395\"><p>PLA\u0106ANJE OP\u0106OM UPLATNICOM, VIRMANOM ILI INTERNET BANKARSTVOM<\/p><p>Kupac je du\u017ean obaviti uplatu op\u0107om uplatnicom ili internet bankarstvom u roku od 24 sata od trenutka narud\u017ebe. U poziv na broj potrebno je navesti HR00 - broj narud\u017ebe, a pla\u0107anje se vr\u0161i na IBAN HR2625030071148002017 otvoren kod Sberbank d.d. Po primitku uplate naru\u010dena Usluga biti \u0107e aktivirana.<\/p><p>PLA\u0106ANJE KREDITNIM KARTICAMA<\/p><p>Na stranici BlueSnap odaberite vrstu kreditne kartice kojom pla\u0107ate i unesite tra\u017eene podatke. Kad potvrdite kupnju, vidjeti \u0107ete potvrdu o svojoj narud\u017ebi koja \u0107e biti poslana na va\u0161u e-mail adresu. BlueSnap sustav poslat \u0107e vam potvrdu na e-mail o autorizaciji va\u0161e kartice za navedeni iznos. Adriatic Cloud bears no responsibility for the situation in which, during domain registration, it turns out that the paid domain is actually a &#8220;premium&#8221; domain.\\n\\nThe domain name cannot be changed after payment and registration.\\n<br><br>\\nIf the ordered domain contains a trademark to which a third party claims the right, Adriatic Cloud reserves the right to ask the domain orderer for confirmation that he has the right to use the trademark before registering the paid domain. If the User, i.e. the payer, does not have the right to use the trademark, or if the said right cannot be proven, Adriatic Cloud will refuse domain registration and return the amount paid to the payer or offer registration of another domain without the trademark. If Adriatic Cloud registers in the name and for the account of the User a domain that contains a trademark of a third party that the User does not have the right to use, the User bears responsibility for the damage to the third party, and Adriatic Cloud reserves the right to claim compensation from the User in case of co-responsibility.\\n<br><br>\\nBy accepting these terms, the User also accepts the rights and obligations prescribed by ICANN. ICANN stipulates that the User is obliged to provide real and verifiable contact information for registered domains.
